ORDERING AND SHIPPING

What's in the box?

Each month, we will send you an outfit, based on your subscription selection and profile, from our featured Canadian yoga and athletic wear brands. You'll receive 1-3 pieces of clothing, tailored to your activities. Each box is unique, and has up to 50% savings on retail prices. 

Can I purchase a single box?

Yes, you can purchase one of the subscription options and then cancel right away. Your subscription will then be terminated and will not auto-renew the following month. There are no contracts here. Easily cancel by emailing kristal@namastehbox.com. 

When will my box be shipped and order cut-off?

Boxes ship out immediately upon order. Your subscription will then begin and renew on the day of the month you purchased. 

You will receive a tracking confirmation once your box has shipped.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is Free anywhere in Canada. Shipping to the U.S. is calculated depending on your address.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time we only ship to customers within Canada and the U.S. Note that all prices on namastehbox.com are in Canadian Dollars.

When will my credit card be charged?

Subscriptions renew on the day of the month you purchased your first box (i.e. If you made your first purchase on March 15, your card will be charged again on April 15). There are no contracts here, you can cancel anytime. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

What happens if I don't receive my box?

namast'eh is not responsible for lost or stolen boxes. Please ensure that you address your box to a secure location. 

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my items?

Here at namast'eh we order products specifically for our subscribers. As a result, we have a limited stock available for exchange. If an item does not fit, we will do our best to provide you with a different size when available, or another product within the same category (i.e. sports bras). 

We offer one complimentary exchange per box, and the customer is responsible for return shipping of the item being exchanged. Each additional exchange can be made for $9.95CAD.

Can I return my items for a refund?

No, namast'eh does not issue refunds for boxes once they have been sent out. 

BILLING

When will I be billed?

Subscriptions renew on the day of the month you purchased your first box (i.e. If you made your first purchase on March 15, your card will be charged again on April 15). There are no contracts here, you can cancel anytime. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Members may cancel their subscription at any time; just do so before your card is charged for the following month. If it is after that, then the next month's box will be processed. We cannot provide refunds and/or stop shipments once the order process has initiated. To cancel, send an email to kristal@namastehbox.com.

Where is my activation email?

Please check your junk mail for your account activation email. And please white-list us to ensure emails are delivered straight to your inbox.
